“I want to know what's wrong?”
I am 19 years old and I've been getting this sharp string pain in my stomach and the left side of my chest with nausea.

This could be either a chest or a stomach problem. A lot more detail is needed and a physical exam would help to narrow down the possible reason for your symptoms. You should be evaluated at a PCP office or urgent care.
