How can I jumpstart my menstrual cycle so that it comes earlier than it is supposed to? How can I do this without birth control?

There are safe ways for your doctor to adjust your normal menstrual cycle if desired. However, this is often done with hormonal birth control medications. There is not a reliable way for you to alter your own menstrual cycle. But if you have any questions or concerns about your menstrual cycle with regards to the heaviness, duration, or timing, never hesitate to reach out to your doctor to discuss with them.
You would need to see a health care provider. They could prescribe medication to help bring your menstrual cycle on earlier than normal.
Your menstrual cycle is triggered to start when your progesterone hormone levels drop. So to try to trigger early you would need a prescription for your doctor for progesterone to take for 7 to days prior to when you went your period to start.
If you are in the pills. Stopping the pills will cause your cycle to come on. If not on the pills, & not pregnant. Progesterone should start your cycle.
