Laparoscopy for endometriosis diagnosis?

I am scheduled to get a laparoscopy for diagnosis and fulguration of endometriosis. I wanted to know from start to finish how long does it take to do the procedure from start to finish like going home if surgery is at 12:30 pm.

Usually 1 to 2 hrs. Depends on how much of endometrial implants you have.
It depends on what is found during the procedure and there may be ablation and excision during the procedure. It can take 6-8 hours and you may have to be admitted. Additionally, endometriosis is a clinical diagnosis. There is Stage 0 disease, where nothing is seen on laparoscopy but the patient still has endometriosis.
Hello, I have no experience with endometriosis, as that is typically treated by a Gynecologist. I wouldn't be able to give you an accurate time, unfortunately, but I wish you the best of luck and a speedy recovery.
