Gastroenterologist Questions Abdomen pain

Left abdomen pain

Sir I have been pain in my left abdomen side for the past 5 months. I have taken medical check up which include X-ray, endoscopy, etc. Whatever I can but it comes out normal. And during my needs it comes like diarrhoea with only liquid. I have been taking lemon with warm water during morning in empty stomach and I feel like it's becoming better but not fully. Do I need to keep taking the lemon or I need to do a medical check up again.

If you had an endoscopy then you have already seen a gastroenterologist. That doctor should be following up to explain the symptoms you are having. The GI doctor's job is to not just do a procedure but to diagnose and treat a GI condition. You should go back to that doctor and ask for an explanation for the symptoms.
I would consider abdominal CT scan to pull out other organs involvement. If also normal I would consider irritable bowel syndrome and discuss management.
You should have a GI evaluation for food allergies. There appears to be no structural abnormalities in your gut.
See your specialist. Check for food allergies.
