After 3-4 weeks, diarrhea is considered chronic so a proper work up should be done by a gastroenterologist. There are many possible causes, but the most common are irritable bowel syndrome, medication side effect, infection, microscopic colitis, etc.

The only med which can cause diarrhea is lecothyroxine if taking too much. Your level should be checked if not done recently. Viruses don’t cause diarrhea for this long. Would typically check stool studies next. If negative, would see a gastroenterologist.
