“Lower stomach pain?”
I have a really bed pain in my lower abdominal area. I may be just staying and spontaneously a bad pain comes to my lower abdominal area. It is followed by fevers and may lasts about 30 seconds. it happens like every 20-25 minutes. I am worried and I really want to know why do I have this pain.

You need a vaginal and pelvic ultrasound with evaluation of your kidneys. If that is negative then you need a CT scan of abdomen and pelvis with IV contrast.
