Lung nodules?

I just got my CT results and they found a 3 mm lower-left nodule and a 4 mm subpleural enlarged lymph node. Also a 3.5 cyst on my liver. Should I get to my dr. ASAP or am I ok?

I would discuss it with your doctor the reasonable likelihood is that they may not be clinically significant but you and your doctor would probably want to follow them.
You are fine! This is common stuff generally followed on serial CT scans to watch for growth.

Well, I'd think follow-up with your doctor should be routine after any imaging study, but those findings sound innocuous. Even if a patient has a known malignancy, the odds that a 3mm nodule is malignant are exceedingly low. Do you smoke? If indeed a liver cyst, it's benign, 3mm subpleural lymph node that doesn't really register, probably just another nodule. All sounds like no worries, but, yes, follow up with your doctor, but doesn't sound urgent.
Most nodules are not cancerous and are likely related to a prior infection. No need to worry too much unless you have a smoking history. If you do, you should get a follow up CT in 1 year.

These may be old "granulomas" which are benign conditions. If there are any old chest X-rays or CT's to compare and these lesions were there before, you don't need to worry. If these lesions are new, they will need immediate attention.
