Bypass is not a cure for your diseased arteries. It merely bypasses the narrowest segments. You can develop more disease in your native arteries or the grafts. What you have should be considered angina ( heart pain from lack of blood supply) until proven otherwise.
If your symptoms are similar to those before heart surgery, you need to see your cardiologist for further evaluation. Any patient with history of heart surgery needs regular visit with the cardiologist for follow up.
Your history of previous heart disease, age, diabetes, and possible hypertension related to stress are all significant risk factors. You need to be evaluated by your cardiologist as soon as possible. If you are having active pain, you need to go to an emergency room.

This is COVID infection or pneumonia. Please visit urgent care for work up with EKG.
