Radiologist Questions PCOD

Can PCOD be corrected with radiation therapy?

I am suffering from PCOD ever since I got my period. I have tried all possible medications but nothing seems to work. Can radiation therapy help in any way?

Not necessarily. Treatment usually is management with hormones, so birth control pills, metformin, statin, etc. Treatment for PCOD is a mix of self-care, so weight-loss and exercise, along with medication.
No ma’am. No role that I know of. Thank you and all the best.
Usually, they use medications. Radiation therapy is not used. If that fails to work and you're done having kids, you could consider surgical removal.
