OB-GYN (Obstetrician-Gynecologist) Questions OB-GYN

Possibility of pregnancy?

The last day I had sex was May 4th, 2022. I got my period May 18th for 8 days. I have a copper IUD so my periods tend to be a bit heavier. I’ve had less symptoms this month. Usually I have a few really bad mental health days 10 days before my period, acne, breast tenderness/swelling, tired, headaches, severe cramps, brownish discharge for a couple days.

This month I’ve only had 1 bad mental health day, acne, a little cramping, and 1 day of brown discharge. My average cycle is 30 says. Longest cycle I’ve had before is 33. Today is day 35 of my cycle and no period yet. Only thing different I’ve done is I have been taking sea moss for 9 days.

Depression is every day for two weeks or more. Where PMDD is limited to two weeks or less before or around the menstrual cycle the symptoms overlap one another and sometimes PMDD can magnify other underlying psychological issues, including depression, and bipolar affective disorder.
It would be best to do a pregnancy test. Only a test will give you a definite answer. Menstrual periods can vary.
