Should I go to a chiropractor for a pulled muscle?

I pulled a muscle in my leg and want to treat it. Should I go to a chiropractor for a pulled muscle?

Sure, however, a physical therapist would be a better option in my opinion. The PT can provide ultrasound, massages, stretching that some chiropractors don't do (however, some might). Remember, rest is the best treatment for a true pulled muscle.

Hope it helps!!

It depends on the muscle that is pulled.

A muscle pull typically requires treatment beyond solely adjusting the spine. Many chiropractors practice treating all ailments and some only treat the spine. At Live Well Chiropractic and Medical we have many techniques and modalities to treat muscular issues, such as ultrasound therapy, cold laser therapy, kinesiology taping, manual therapies, therapeutic exercises, cryotherapy, dry needling, acupuncture and more. You should easily be able to be taken care of, it just comes down to finding the right facility.
Some chiropractors are able to help patients with a muscle strain, these chiropractors have further training allowing them to help with muscle injuries. The designation is a C.C.S.P. which is a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician title.
Probably yes if that is all that is wrong
