Hello doctor, on mu skin I have redness and burning that appear, it hurts me a lot.

Hi,
If the condition doesn't respond to hydrocortisone and Lotrimin creams, definitely seek out a local dermatologist. Can't tell from the photo, but it might be a form of psoriasis.
