I might have masturbated too hard last week and now I’ve been spotting for a week with some vaginal discomfort. I’m nervous and scared and don’t want to tell my parents. What should I do?

It is difficult to say what is going on without an exam, but it is possible you may have a tear or skin breakage around the vagina. It would be best to avoid touching the area for a couple of weeks to let anything heal, if your symptoms continue then you should seek care with a gynecologist who can do an exam for you.
