Stool issues?

I'm 30 years old and I'm just a tiny bit constipated. I've been passing small stools but they seem to have one or two small red marks on them, I have no pain when passing them or otherwise. No blood when I wipe and I don't have fatigue or weight loss or a family history of colorectal cancer, I've been slightly constipated for about two days and started seeing the small red marks just today. I have strained a little. Should I worry?

That type of bleeding is almost always from hemorrhoids. If the bleeding gets worse or you have anemia then see a GI doctor.
