“Trouble in passing my stool?”
I am a male age 31. For the past year, I am facing trouble passing out of my stool. The stool color is normal. The stool comes soft but the amount of stool coming out is less than normal. The shape of the stool is more than a pencil but less than the normal thickness.

Not a lot of detail to go on here, but this may be simple slow transit constipation. You can treat this with fiber, Miralax and dulcolax.
