UTIs and yeast infections?

I have always been sensitive to UTIs and yeast infections. I felt as though I had a UTI as I could feel that pressure of needing to pee. I called in a prescription via an online dr. There is no pain associated with the use this time which isn’t ever the case for me. I finished the antibiotics and it didn’t get better but also not worse. I got a second antibiotic (a different one) I have only one day left and I still have symptoms. It's usually only at night now.

Urine cultures should be done to confirm a UTI. You may have had a yeast infection to begin with. Also, many women develop vaginal yeast infections after taking antibiotics.
You need a urine PCR culture to figure out exactly what is growing in the urine. Don't treat without knowing what the bacteria is in the urine.
I would recommend being seen by your family doctor or OBGYN to rule out a UTI or an infection such as yeast, bacterial vaginitis trichomoniasis, chlamydia, urge incontinence or interstitial cystitis. Sometimes patient presents with symptoms similar to yours when they have interstitial cystitis. There is a PUF questionnaire that you can Google online that may be helpful. I would keep a voiding dairy ie when you urinate how much and what area your symptoms and see your physician.
