“Unfortunate accident?”
I was experimenting and long story short, now I'm not sure if there is a marble (diameter 2 cm) stuck in my rectum or deeper. It has been 3 days since the incident and I was able to poop normally each morning, but today I saw blood (bright red) on the paper when I wiped and blood stripes on the poo. I'm really nervous and I don't know what to think. Anyways is it possible to have something stuck in there and still be able to poop?

You need to be seen for evaluation and management of rectal bleeding.

A small marble would pass from the rectum without any problem. The bleeding you see is probably from hemorrhoids. A GI evaluation can be done to prove that.
My best advice would be to go to your local emergency room for further evaluation.
