“Vomiting and antibiotics?”
My husband has been vomiting for 8 hours. He is on Bactrim for an infection. His doctor changed antibiotics...he was on doxycycline for 12 days 100 mg every 12 hours. He took both for 2 days. He is also on Prozac 40 mg daily. No fever. No chills, mild headache. Constipation.

This might be a side effect to the antibiotic. You may need to hold the medication for a day or two to see if the nausea get better.
I'm sorry your husband isn't feeling well. It clearly sounds like he needs to follow up with his primary care provider. Dehydration is a potentially serious condition.
