Basically, you should be able to eat pretty much what you want. But stay away from caramels or food like that on that crown. Sticky food can pull off crowns with the best bonding or cement. But zirconia crowns are the new standard for hardness and durability. Usually the underlying tooth would break before the crown would, they are that strong.
