What can you not do after liposuction?

I am a 29 year old female. I want to know what can you not do after liposuction?

You should not work out or do strenuous heavy work or lifting for 2 to 4 weeks after surgery depending on the extent of the surgery.
Your doctor should explain restrictions.
Initially after liposuction, you will have swelling. I limit my patients to casual walks for the first 2 weeks to avoid blood pressure elevation. I then allow them to ease back into their routine based on how they feel the following day. Running and jumping do not feel good initially due to vibration, a better choice is an elliptical or walking fast on a treadmill. Ultimately, you will be able to exercise without limitation.

Liposuction recovery is no different from any other surgical recovery in that pain will be your guide. If it hurts, stop doing what you just did and use a good dose of common sense. After a few weeks you should be able to try anything you choose and not cause any serious harm.
