What can you not eat with permanent veneers?

I am a 39 year old male. I want to know what can you not eat with permanent veneers?

I would recommend not biting into any very hard foods like nuts, carrots, or any items that one has to to exert an exceptional amount of pressure to chew.
It’s best not to bite hard brittle textures like peanut brittle, hard candy, ice and finger nails.
Anything that will break them. I have some patients that chew ice and one admitted she chews cement. Hello!

With new technology and very durable veneers, you can eat anything.
