“What could it be ”
I've been in agony for 3 days but the pain is on the left side of my abdomen, not right. What could it be?

This could be related to your tubes and ovary. There could to a twisting of your colon as well. If this persists, you may need a CT scan of the abdomen with contrast after a history and physical examination.
