I am a 33 year old male. I want to know what helps gastritis go away?

Depends on the cause. If it's secondary to H. pylori infection, then treat that. Other causes of gastritis are rare and need to be diagnosed by a GI doctor. Most mild gastritis does not need specific treatment, though.
