Purchasing a pair of custom orthotics for your shoes, is an investment and it could be the best decision you ever made if pain due to plantar fasciitis is plaguing you. Custom arch support provides immediate and effective relief for many with this condition. https://azholistichealthcenter.com/services/foot-orthotics/

There are many different home remedies, but a better solution is to ask yourself why you have plantar fasciitis in the first place. A health care professional can help you with this by asking you questions and performing an examination. Consider using a tennis ball or a golf ball to massage the bottom of your feet. This is particularly effective when done first thing in the morning. You may also consider using a small water bottle that you have filled and frozen. Shoe inserts that support your arch may be helpful as well. In my practice, I use an aggressive soft tissue techniques that typically help resolve the problem in 6 visits or fewer.

Of course, the best approach is to get an evaluation and recommendations from a health care professional who can get to the underlying cause of the problem. This, hopefully, will prevent the problem from returning in the future.
Home remedies not recommended for chronic pain. Make an Appt for free consult and we have great therapy to correct in 3 to 6 visits plus adjustment.
Graston treatment is the most effective treatment I have come across for plantar fasciitis. Basically, it is a smooth beveled tool that lets you scrape the plantar fascia breaking up any restrictions or adhesions
Plantar fasciitis can be quite painful and debilitating. I recommend you try the following

1. Gently warm the bottom of the foot (feet)
2. Sit in a chair and gently roll the bottom of your foot on a soft ball such as a tennis ball
3. Ice massage the bottom of your foot. Fill a paper cup with water and freeze. Remove the bottom of the cup to expose the ice. Wet the bottom of the exposed ice to dampen to avoid the ice sticking to your foot. Rub the bottom of your foot (ffet) with the ice. Do this for a few miunutes. Place the cup of ice back in the freezer. Perform 3 days in a row. Take 1-2 days off and repeat
4. Consider the herbal remedies Turmeric and Arnica
5. Perform stretches for the foot

I hope you find this info helpful.

I recommend rolling a frozen water bottle under the arch of the foot. This will help decrease inflammation as well as release any myofascial adhesions in the plantar fascia. Additional pressure on the bottle will encourage support to the arches of the foot.
Hello!

A good home remedy for plantar fasciitis is to place a tennis or lacrosse ball under the arch of your foot and roll it back and forth when sitting or standing. Wearing supportive shoes is key! I teach specific exercises and adjust the full body, foot and ankle to make sure an underlying misalignment or muscle imbalance is not the cause.

Thank you (:
