Whats wrong with me?

I have stabbing stomach pain. I haven't had a period in a month but I'm not pregnant. Is the bleeding from the uterus?

Abdominal pain can be from many causes (stomach, gallbladder, intestines, kidneys, uterus or tubes/ovaries). If you are not actively bleeding then the pain is not likely coming from the uterus. Constipation can frequently be a cause of pain in adolescents, if you don’t have regular bowel movements it would be worthwhile to increase your fluids and fiber intake, if the pain persists you should seek medical care.
It should be bleeding from the uterus. Bleeding releases prostaglandins that can cause uterine cramps. Just be sure you are not pregnant
