Discuss with your Surgeon. Steri-strips normally fall off after several showers.
It depends on what kind of dressing your surgeon put on. I use Dermabond (surgical glue) that peels off on its own in about 14 days. If you have strips, they usually peel off in about 1-2 weeks.
