I am a 39 year old male. I want to know when should I worry about vision changes?

Usually around 45. Don’t worry it will happen anyway.

If you are having sudden vision changes, you should get seen by an optometrist immediately. If the changes are gradual, you should still get seen, but it may not be as emergent.
You should not worry but expect after 40
Any sudden changes in vision is concerning and you should be seen by an ophthalmologist.
Accommodation problems usually arise around this time
You are getting into the presbyopia age group and will have more visual issues. See an optician for spectacles to help.
