I am a 19 year old male. I always feel like I need to urinate even when it's barely full. Why do I constantly feel the need to empty my bladder?

You should see a urologist
It may be a habit or from anxiety. But it is better to check with your doctor, who can order some simple tests like urine analysis and also check blood work including blood sugar and kidney function.

Urinary tract infection or prostatitis may be present. Diabetes or overactive bladder are possible. Check with a urologist
