“Why is my period late?”
I have gotten off birth control earlier this year (2021) after being on it for 2-3 years. I was on the combination pill. I had my period a month after being off of the pill in May and then it didn't come in June. However, it did return in July and August. I haven't had my period since then. I have taken pregnancy tests, but they turn out negative. Is this just a side effect from being off the pill and is my body still trying to readjust? Or should I be worried?

This has nothing to do with the contraceptive pills since you had your periods after stopping the pills. Your body just goes back to its regular hormonal control within a month after you stop the pills. See your OBGyn for help with your periods.
