Allergist and Immunologist Questions Allergies

I have an allergic rash on the head of my penis. What could it be?

I have an allergic rash on the head of my penis. I know that this isn't an STI, because my girlfriend had gotten tested recently (like last week), and she has been the only person I've slept with. So, I'm not really sure of how this rash was caused. What do you think it could be?

I am not sure if the rash you are referring to is truly allergic in nature or why do you think it is allergic vs. infectious or irritation type. In situations like this esp. when a rash is present and the location is concerning the best approach is not to use a forum like this for medical care. Someone - a medical provider - needs to perform a proper exam and determine what type of rash this is and rule out potentially dangerous issues/infections, etc. I strongly advise you to seek medical care in person.
It would be hard to tell you what is wrong without a visual inspection, which for obvious reasons is not possible on this forum. Having said that, possible explanations include eczema (atopic dermatitis), psoriasis, contact dermatitis, or irritant dermatitis (irritation). You cannot rule out STI completely, but your explanation makes it less likely.

My advice is to get it checked out with a healthcare professional.
