“Can antifungal medicine taken for a skin infection cause my urine to turn dark yellow?”
My skin looked to be irritated, so I applied antifungal medication, however, now my urine is extremely yellow. This is ever since I started using the cream. Are the two related at all?

Sometimes, but more likely it's poor hydration. You should drink 2 liters of water a day.
It's hard to answer this question without more details. It's best to stop the cream and see if your urine improves. If it does, you know the two are related.
