A complete eye exam by your doctor can help determine the cause of your loss of vision.
Unless there is a serious underlying pathology causing vision loss, in most instances vision can be corrected. Glasses, contact lenses, and in some cases surgery can be employed to correct vision. I recommend a full evaluation by an ophthalmologist to accurately diagnose and treat the underlying condition.
There are many causes of worsening vision. In your age range, the most common, believe it or not, is dry eye. If you work on a computer for many hours, you don't blink as often and the eye dries out which affects your vision. Over the counter eye drops can be tried and medication drops can be prescribed. The best next step is to visit your ophthalmologist for a full evaluation.
Usually by age 21 in men progression of myopia will stop or slow down but the reason of blurred vision should be explored first
Glasses can correct this problem at your age.
If your vision is getting worse over time you may correct it with glasses, contact lenses or lasik.
It depends. There are many, many reasons for vision to decrease. I’m young people, such as yourself, it may be something as simple as a refractive error. Meaning, needing a pair of glasses. I would get a complete eye exam to get checked out. Hopefully will be something simple.

Of course it is possible to improve vision in many cases. Depends on causation.
It all depends on why your vision is worsening . If it’s do to nearsightedness LASIK is a possibility . LASIK can also take care of astigmatism and mild farsightedness You need to be evaluated by an Eyecare professional to make sure if you are a good candidate for vision correcting surgery
Absolutely! But it depends on the reason and if glasses can’t correct it. See an ophthalmologist—especially one who specializes in lasik and cataract surgery.
It would depend on what’s causing the vision to worsen. If it’s refractive errors it can be Corrected. If the worsening vision is due to problems or pathology in cornea, lens or retina it would depend on the cause and needs to be addressed accordingly.
Yes, with glasses or contact lens or lasik surgery
