It could but best idea is to do a ADHD test.

It isn't possible to answer your question without a thorough assessment of your life situation. One important question is whether or not the problems you list are ones that you have consistently been present since your childhood. Even if that were so, it would not prove that you have ADHD. Usually, this question is tied with whether or not medications would help. I would be very wary of going in that direction without having a more thorough assessment.
