Does aspirin reduce plaque in arteries?

I am a 42 year old male. I want to know if aspirin reduces plaque in arteries?

No, but it can reduce the burden of blood clot that forms over a ruptured plaque. This can reduce the chance of them becoming large enough to fill the entire artery and causing no flow, hence myocardial infarction.
It does not reduce Plaque.
Based on current information, aspirin use can reduce plaque burden in arteries.
