Foreskin issue?

I have an average penis with a very long foreskin. Every time I urinate I have to roll the skin over the head of my penis, otherwise, it goes everywhere. Should I be concerned?

It is a relative indication for circumcision , it is not pathological but for your convenience
This occurs with uncircumcised patients. A circumcision will prevent this problem
As long as you can roll over the skin with ease and no evidence of infection it is OK
That’s pretty normal. It might pose a problem as you get older, diabetic, or heavier. Consider a circumcision if it ever is a real bother.
