gas problem

My left side, pain after eat and pain comes back to the rib. Alternatively right side, lower abdomen pain & bloating

It could be pain from stretching of the upper stomach after eating, either by gas or food. If burping relives the pain then it would be gas. The pain is usually due to a bit of hypersensitivity of the stomach. Can see a GI to sort it out.
Non specific symptoms can be a result of poor digestion or diverticulosis. Begin by asking for a CRP blood test. If normal, begin a high fiber diet and add a probiotic over the counter.
