How can I get my daughter to eat healthier foods?

My daughter is 3 years old and enjoys junk food including chocolates and chips. It worries me to think about the effect this food can have on her body and teeth. What can I do to induce healthier eating for my daughter?

Stop buying junk foods. She cannot get them for herself. Remove them from your house and do not allow grandparents to give them to her. This is setting a pattern for unhealthy weight dental caries and vitamin deficiency from lack of fruits and vegetables
Only serve healthy food, do not buy or serve junk food. Be a role model and encourage the whole family to eat together 3 meals and 2 snacks at a proper time with lots of water in between.
The first and easiest thing to do is not to purchase it. Don't have it in the house and then she can't eat it. It should only be consumed as treats every once in a while.
