How do I get my contacts out without touching my eyes?

I am a 22 year old male. I want to know how to get my contacts out without touching my eyes?

Place the tip of either your middle finger or your thumb, whichever is most comfortable, on the center of your lower eyelid. Gently pull the eyelids back, away from the eye, and push in. This will pull your upper and lower eyelids back a little bit, exposing your waterline on each eyelid.

Hello!

For soft contact lenses, it is a little tricky.
The optometrist who fitted you for contacts and prescribed them to you should (or his/her staff) train you on placement and removal.

Generally people develop a technique that includes (with washed hands) pulling down the lower lid while looking up and away, then either pinching the bottom of the contact lens, or placing a finger on the edge and sliding it down and over to the outside corner and then sliding it out.

I would emphasize that, no body what anyone tells you, you should never never sleep in them or use any other water or solutions to clean them. I would also avoid swimming/hot tubbing in them (if you do take them out and throw them away right after).
I would strongly recommend daily wear, and not wearing them every day, but taking some down days with current glasses to let your eyes breathe and get nourished.
You cannot remove a soft contact lens without touching your eye. Just wash your hands well and practice good lens hygiene. Your ophthalmologist or optometrist who fits your lenses can answer specific questions regarding wearing habits and instructions on proper insertion and removal techniques.

Not sure how to do without touching your eye. You can irrigate out with saline, but this can irritate the eye. In addition, most of the time the contact gets lost with irrigation. Would recommend that you make an appointment with a primary eye care provider to get training on how to remove contacts and properly care for them.
You have to touch the lens, not your eye. There is no way to remove the lens without touching the contact lens unless you have hard lenses. If you have a soft lens, touch the side of the lens and squeeze the lens between your fingers. If you have a hard lens, you can open the eyelids and squeeze them tight with your fingers on the lid and the lids outside the pupil and then close the eyelids with pressure from the fingers, pushing the lens out of the eye.

You have to position your index finger and thumb over the contact lens and pull in a quick swift motion. Use your ring finger to hold your bottom lid open while using your middle finger to hold open your eye lashes (lid )
Try using a contacts sucker to remove your lenses
