How do I repair my stomach after antibiotics?

I am a 29 year old female. I want to know how can I repair my stomach after antibiotics?

Probiotics will be a good idea
There is nothing to repair, really. Antibiotics may cause stomach or intestinal upset/sensitivity and will alter the gut flora, but these should be temporary. Antibiotics would not be expected to damage the stomach lining specifically, though. Resume a normal diet, eat light foods and symptoms should abate. For prolonged problems after antibiotics, see a PCP or GI doc.
I’m not sure what you mean by “repair.” Maybe you can use a probiotic for a few weeks or a soft bland diet.
