“How do you relieve tight braces?”
My doctor recently had my braces tightened, but now it really hurts. What can I do to relieve tight braces?

Anti-inflammatory meds early and often
Tightening braces is part of the process for aligning teeth. However, you can see your orthodontist or general dentist to see if they can provide any relief to the bracket/wire so that the pressure is less intense and slower.
Nothing. It will get better. Take some pain medication.
