I am a 62 year old female. I want to how long can you live with myocardial infarction?

Many patients do very well nowadays after a heart attack, particularly if it was discovered early and treated early. Actually, they can have a normal life.
How long you live is in part dependent on how strong or weak your heart function is and how much of your heart was damaged by the myocardial infarction. I have many patients who have lived more than 25 years after their heart attack.
