Hi. Thank you for the question. To answer your question I would have to know where the fat is being grafted, how much, by what method is it being suctioned and is there any fat preparation before being grafted. Typical time for full facial fat grafting with “fat separation” can take 45-90 minutes.
The time for any fat transfer removal depends on the amount being transferred and the ease of obtaining the fat. Most such procedures will bre scheduled for 1 1/2 to 2 hours on average, but can take longer.
