I am a 45 year old male. I want to know how long does it take to recover from gastric sleeve?

Normally, 4-8 weeks.
You will be on a bariatric diet for a while.
Most patients start to feel close to normal within 2 weeks, but it probably takes 4-6 weeks before you start to notice the benefits of surgery and feel better than you ever did before. I recommend patients take about 2 weeks off from work.
