“How is rectal bleeding treated?”
My father had bleeding from his rectum and it's been recurring. How can this be cured, or treated? Are there any natural treatments? He made an appointment with his doctor for next week but we just want opinions right now.

First, you need to find the cause, and that is done either by sigmoidoscopy or colonoscopy. Common causes are hemorrhoids, fissure, polyps and cancer, crohn's disease, and ulcerative colitis.
