I am suffering with severe back acne all over my back and arms. What can I do to treat it and make sure it doesn't come back?

Best treatment for this is a course of Accutane. It is almost a miracle!!
You absolutely should see a dermatologist! There are no simple remedies for bad acne, and you need someone who is familiar with isotretinoin.
