Dentist Questions Mouthwash

Should I use mouthwash regularly?

I'm 36, and I use mouthwash every morning after I brush my teeth. Should I be using mouthwash at night as well?

That is a great question and great job on using mouthwash as part of your daily routine. It depends on the point of the mouthwash - if you are prone to cavities (dental decay) then using a fluoride containing mouthwash without alcohol in it is great to use twice a day. If you are using the mouthwash ( non-alcohol containing) for management of bad breath then twice a day would be recommended as well.
Rinsing with a fluoride mouthwash once a day helps prevent decay. Otherwise it is of little benefit.
Yes.
