Asymmetry, nerve damage, bruising, or allergic reactions are the most common and are temporary in the majority of cases.
Botox does not have any major side effects, if injected properly. So, what I am saying is, if Botox is injected by an experienced person, you should have no worries. If injected improperly by an inexperienced person, you can have paralysis of facial muscles, giving asymmetry in the face. The good news (if any), the muscles should recover.
Literally millions of people have been treated with Botox with minimal complications. The most common one however is a droopy upper eyelid, which can sometimes occur when treating the wrinkles of the forehead. However, it goes away with time.
Good luck.
