I am suffering from severe low self esteem and lack of confidence. What can I do to boost it?

Harsh values and standards can compromise resource appraisal, goal setting, and appraisal.
Find out what insecurities you might have and then change your mind about how you feel about that, etc. Self-help books can help and even Youtube videos on the matter if they have them.
