I am a 28 year old male and I have bad nerve pain on my neck. What is the best medicine for nerve pain?

There is no “best medicine” there are various medications used to treat neuropathy you might wish to consult with a neurologist or the neuropathy is spine related, with a neurosurgeon
Gabapentin.
If you have made sure that there is no structural abnormalities, heat, and exercise and/or physical therapy is very helpful. An over-the-counter medication for nerve pain that is useful is Zostrix cream. Apply as directed and always use gloves to administer.
