What supplements should I take to increase fertility?

I am a 23 year old female and I want to increase my fertility. What supplements should I take to increase fertility?

The right supplement will depend on your own body chemistry. What might help one person might hurt another. One size does not fit all. If you are planning to be pregnant it is good to take prenatal vitamins and extra folate, but these do not increase fertility, they just prepare your body for a healthy pregnancy.
There are no nutritional supplements that can increase fertility. A good diet, modest exercise and a good prenatal vitamin can however increase the chances of having a successful pregnancy.
There is no science suggesting that any supplement will increase your fertility. You should be taking at least 400mcg of folic acid (folate) while you are trying to get pregnant and when you are pregnant in order to prevent a specific group of birth defects called neural tube defects. There does seem to be some benefit of acupuncture for increasing your chances of getting pregnant.
I would recommend a prenatal vitamin daily and that's it.
